A long and diverse career in business administration required writing a vast number of business plans, proposals, policy and procedure documents, highly successful investment memorandums and grant applications, and a prospectus for a successful public offering.
These have been published both in print and on-line, and I am skilled at both e-publishing (on the web or in PDF) and at professionally typesetting printed documents.
My most successful writings included several software product manuals, and self-paced self-teaching courses on Information Technology subjects and business management. Students and product users tell me my clear, well illustrated instructions with relevant analogies make my instructional material uniquely easy to follow. I have a particular talent for analyzing the facts of legal and consumer disputes and writing letters that achieve positive results, while preserving good will and friendship. My demonstrated abilities in this area also include writing to the media, and to lobby political representatives.
I write poetry to express emotion, and I enjoy writing articles on topics of current social interest - particularly controversial topics.

Personal Details
A 55 year old semi-retired lady, happily married for over 35 years, I am priveleged to be mother to three wonderful adults, and proud grandmother of the two most delightful toddlers and the recently arrived beautiful baby Jack.
Now living in Brisbane, Australia, I have traveled widely and lived in the USA and in Singapore for extended periods.
A very full life filled with ununsual and diverse experiences enables me to relate easily to most people and to identify with situations in a way that enables me to write with deep feeling. Most importantly, though, I love to write.
Rates and Terms
I can work with remote clients via email and the web, as I am very comfortable with modern technology and my office is superbly equipped. I will also travel to client sites if clients pay reasonable expenses.
My rates are highly negotiable, as, being financially secure, I now work more for pleasure than for profit - and I'll work at low rates if the assignment is personally rewarding. And I am much more interested in producing superb work than counting billable hours.
