I offer a complete service, from comprehensive research through to typesetting and page layout. Product is delivered as digital document files, printed documents, or electronically published PDF or HTML files.
If you have resources to do part of the work, I'll happily provide just the services you need, at hourly or per page rates to suit your budget.
Although I'll consider any offered assignment, I accept only when certain I can deliver a superior product at a competitive cost. I guarantee a quality result - on time, and on budget.
My specialty is instructional material, especially related to software usage and business administration. However, thirty years experience in a diverse range of business roles has given me a broad scope of knowledge and skills, and a passion for learning.
My imagination and creative ability will bring any topic to life in a short story or in verse. I can capture your loved-one's life story; re-create a dramatic event; and evoke emotional responses to tragic, amusing, or inspiring recollections.
Proof-reading and Editing Services...
You are the expert on your subject. Whether it's your business or profession, your recollections, or your viewpoint, no-one knows what you know.
If you can write, and all you need is a little help to ensure the words are well chosen, and the spelling and grammar is correct, I can help with proofing and editing services at reasonable rates.

Rates and Terms...
My rates are highly negotiable, as, being financially secure, I now work more for pleasure than for profit. I'll work at low rates if the assignment is personally rewarding. And I am much more interested in producing superb work than counting billable hours.
I'll accept only those projects on which I know I can deliver excellence affordably.
Before taking on a project, I'll agree time lines and costs with you, and define the process and what is required from you.
I am happy to offer guarantees, conditional upon you fulfilling your stated obligations.
